If PUBG feels slow, distinguish low frame rate, network delay and sign-in errors first. A Secure connection changes the route, but its extra hop can increase latency. Test the game itself: a browser result does not prove that game traffic takes the same path.
What to check in PUBG
- State the game edition and platform; PC and mobile troubleshooting differ.
- On a PC, compare Wi-Fi with Ethernet if possible.
- Record the time and match ID to distinguish an isolated failure from a recurring one.
Step-by-step checks
- Record the error and when it happens: launch, sign-in, matchmaking or play.
- On a trusted network, compare with and without Secure connection. Do not change the route during a match.
- Pause background downloads. Compare latency and disconnections on one device, not only download speed.
- If the game cannot connect, check client support for the required network mode and ask support. Do not turn off all device protection.
Check the device that actually connects
Refresh your subscription in a compatible client and check its routing mode. A system proxy may not cover an individual app. A Secure connection on your phone does not by itself connect a TV, console or speaker. Follow the connection guide for the device you use.
What to keep in mind
This guide does not establish tested compatibility between Zerkalo-Pro and a particular service. The service controls access, catalogues and subscriptions. A Secure connection does not replace its payment, guarantee lower latency or guarantee content access. Use the features available to you under the service’s rules.
If you need help
Send support your device model, OS and Secure connection client versions, failure time, error code and comparison results. Hide personal information in screenshots. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or your Secure connection subscription link.
