Check Secure connection permission, battery restrictions and network changes one step at a time.

How to connect

Open the client and approve the system Secure connection request if shown during setup. First test with the application visible.
If disconnects occur after locking the screen, inspect battery and background settings for this client. Change one option at a time and retest.
Test Wi-Fi and mobile data separately. Record the model, Android and client versions, and when the disconnect occurs; menu names vary by manufacturer.

Removing battery restrictions is not a stability guarantee. Always-on and blocking without Secure connection are separate options whose availability depends on the device and client.
