iPhone and iPad: permission and Secure connection conflicts

Check the iOS configuration while preserving subscriptions and device settings.

How to connect

Import your own subscription in the selected client. Approve adding a Secure connection configuration only for the application you intentionally installed.
Find Secure connection in iOS settings and check the active configuration. On a personal device, temporarily disable another Secure connection for comparison; do not remove managed profiles.
Test Wi-Fi and mobile data separately and check device date and time. Save the exact error and client version for support.

The Secure connection icon does not verify every site’s route. Resetting all network settings is not the first step: preserve access and perform targeted checks first.
