Gather comparable results and useful support details instead of changing settings randomly.

How to connect

On the same device and network, compare the same page or test with and without Secure connection, if direct access is acceptable. Pause other downloads.
Repeat a few times, then test another available profile and network separately. Record time, latency and speed using consistent units.
In your ticket include network, device, OS/client versions, profile and results. Remove QR codes, UUIDs, login codes and subscription links from screenshots.

One measurement cannot identify the cause: Wi-Fi, provider, route and destination all matter. A new country or protocol does not guarantee greater speed.
